Creating a New Patient
In order to create a new patient, navigate to the “Patients” page, then click on the “Create Patient” button located on the top right corner of your dashboard.
Demographic Information:
You will then see a form where you’ll be able to put in the patient’s basic info. Patients with phone numbers will be able to receive relevant update/notification messages from their practice.
By clicking on the Additional Fields button, you’ll get access to some optional information fields which you can also fill in if required. Address lines will be required if any specific patient needs devices shipped to them separately.
Finally, click on “+Create Patient” to create a new patient.
