Deactivating Patients

If for some reason a patient no longer wants to be in RPM or they have to be taken off of the platform, they can be deactivated. Deleting users is not possible since we always try to preserve data in case they’re needed later on.

To deactivate a patient, navigate to the “Patients” and select the name of the patient you wish to deactivate:

Once you’re on the patient’s profile, click on the “Settings” button on the upper bar:

Scan down to the bottom of the page where you’ll find the “Deactivate” button, click on it to deactivate the patient.

*(Once a patient gets deactivated, they will no longer appear on the “Patients” list, again, this does not mean they’re deleted from the platform, they’re just deactivated, but their data is still stored in the database)*
